Val St.Germain

Val is happy to call the Ottawa area home for himself, his wife and 3 children. Although born and raised here, he left to pursue academics and athletics at McGill University in Montreal. Upon graduation, he was drafted into the CFL and embarked on a 14 year playing career, culminating with a Grey Cup win in 2007.

Upon retirement from football, he immediately began his professional career in the financial services industry. He has held a variety of roles over the years but has come to the conclusion that clients are best served when receiving holistic financial planning. As such he received his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation in 2011. As continuing education is important to him, he added the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation in 2022.
